When will my order ship after purchasing?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

Tracking Availability
Tracking is available for orders shipping to the USA, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Russia, UAE, and the UK.
USA orders are shipped from within the USA from our warehouse. Most international packages ship from our Asia warehouse for fastest and most reliable delivery outside the US.
Lost Packages
We use UPS for reliable delivery. In rare cases where packages are lost in transit, SmoothSpine is not responsible for these losses. We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout to ensure a replacement is sent at no cost and a credit is provided in case of loss.

For free shipping, we ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location.
Do international orders include extra duties or taxes?
No. International orders do not include import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are collected upon delivery by the shipping carrier and are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office for any applicable charges.

How can I return my product?
We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.

Provide Tracking: We recommend using a tracked shipping method. SmoothSpine is not responsible for lost return packages.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds take 3–5 business days to appear on your payment method.

My SmoothSpine product arrived damaged or defective
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@smoothspine.com immediately. We’ll review and resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Can I return a gently used product?
If your product isn’t the right fit, reach out to support@smoothspine.com. While we don’t cover return shipping for used items, we’re happy to work with you on a resolution.

Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original and place a new order. This allows for faster processing.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we inspect and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
